Description
Easy and delicious one-bowl peanut butter blondies! Full of peanut butter flavor and melty chocolate, these will quickly become a family favorite!
Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (I used Justin’s creamy peanut butter)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs plus 1 yolk
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish and set aside. (This ceramic baking dish is my favorite!)
In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the butter and peanut butter. Melt in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds or until the butter and peanut butter are just liquefied. Mix the two together with a whisk. Whisk in the vanilla, eggs and yolk, and both sugars until well combined. Add flour, salt and baking powder, and combine using a spatula. Add the chocolate chips.
Press the dough into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting in, if you can stand it!

One bowl desserts are definitely my jam!! And peanut butter, so these are basically meant for me. Yay!

So easy to make, and I don’t doubt that they taste good. I love that I only had to use one bowl so now I don’t have to wash 100 pans, lol.
